Miss Universe 2023 to air via ABS-CBN platforms in the Philippines

“The most beautiful day in the universe.”

That is what the Miss Universe pageant has always been touted to be during its coronation night. That event is also what ABS-CBN and its platforms will bring to Filipino viewers come November 19, a Sunday.

Miss Universe 2023 will be aired live on the Kapamilya Channel and Metro Channel on pay television, and on A2Z on free-to-air television. Live streaming will also be made possible through iWantTFC’s Kapamilya Channel stream.

The special live telecast will begin at 9:00 am, Philippine standard time.

A same-day replay will also be aired at 9:30 pm on Kapamilya Channel and Metro Channel. Replay telecast for free TV viewers will be available on A2Z starting 11:15 pm.

Additionally, Metro Channel will also broadcast catch-up airings of the coronation night throughout the following week.

The upcoming 72nd Miss Universe will also mark the fourth time that the pageant has been broadcast by ABS-CBN on its new platforms since the network’s 2020 shutdown.

The 2023 edition, which will take place in El Salvador in central America, will see Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Marquez Dee represent the country.

She will try to bring the Philippines back to the semifinals — a feat that the country achieved for thirteen consecutive years — and eventually clinch that fifth MU crown.
