Marian Rivera dances to ‘Sabay-Sabay Tayo’ in new TikTok video

In a new video uploaded to her TikTok account, ‘Kapuso Primetime Queen’ Marian Rivera gave a surprise treat to her fans.

In the 35-seconder clip, she danced to her iconic novelty song ‘Sabay-Sabay Tayo,’ while in her now popular cap and t-shirt outfit.

The said clip is an instant hit and has gained more than 3.5 million views and 722 thousand heart reacts on the social video platform (as of press time).

‘Sabay-Sabay Tayo’ is the latest in the series of Marian’s viral TikTok dance covers.

Her cover of the ‘Price Tag’ dance challenge has garnered more than 164 million views and 13.5 million likes since it was uploaded last August 10.

Meanwhile, Marian’s entry to the ‘It’s Plenty’ dance challenge uploaded on August 15 is nearing 100 million views, with over 10.3 million likes.

Going back to the ‘Sabay-Sabay’ video, in the comments section, Marian teased fans who were in unison about requesting the actress to do a 2023 version of her signature ‘MariMar’ dance, based on the titular show she starred back in 2007.

Currently, she is active as an host-narrator for the Saturday afternoon drama anthology show ‘Tadhana’.

Alongside that, Marian is also preparing for her comeback series opposite Gabby Concepcion on GMA, which is under the working title ‘Against All Odds’.

She is also doing a movie project titled ‘Rewind’ with her real-life husband Dingdong Dantes for Star Cinema, APT Entertainment and AgostoDos Films and will be released as part of the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival in December.
