Here is an update on Typhoon Betty as of May 29, 11:00 PM
(MAY 29, 2023) – Typhoon Betty is moving slowly in the north-northwest direction. According to PAGASA on Monday, 11PM, its center was last spotted at a distance of 405 km East-southeast of Basco, Batanes.
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #2 is raised on the following areas:
• Batanes
• Northeastern portion of Cagayan (bayan ng Santa Ana at Gonzaga), including Babuyan Islands.
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 is raised on:
• Rest of mainland Cagayan
• Isabela
• Ilocos Norte
• Apayao
• Kalinga
• Abra
• Eastern portion of Mountain Province (Paracelis, Natonin, Sadanga, Barlig)
• Northern portion of Aurora (Dilasag, Casiguran)
