ABS-CBN, TV5 join forces for ‘Nag-aapoy na Damdamin’

The collaboration between the two media giants continues.

In a ‘project announcement’ event today, ABS-CBN drama unit JRB Creative Production unveiled an upcoming series titled ‘Nag-aapoy na Damdamin.’ Set to be directed by FM Reyes, the series is set to be starred by Jane Oineza, JC de Vera, Ria Atayde, and Tony Labrusca.

Joining them in this upcoming series will be Joko Diaz, Myla Gumila, Nico Antonio, Kim Rodriguez, and Aya Fernandez.

As far as the storyline goes, nothing has been shared exactly about how things will be at the moment.

‘Nag-aapoy na Damdamin’ was first teased in September last year as a then-untitled project starring the four actors.

On another note, ‘Nag-aapoy na Damdamin’ is ABS-CBN and TV5’s second confirmed collaboration drama series this year. The first one, which is ‘Pira-Pirasong Paraiso,’ was announced last April and that series will be under the Dreamscape Entertainment unit.

Like ‘Pira-Piraso,’ ‘Nag-aapoy’ is also rumored to be part of the upcoming revitalized daytime blocks of ABS-CBN platforms and TV5. Currently, the afternoon blocks in both networks are filled with reruns and movie blocks, making their respective grids ripe for change.

‘Nag-aapoy na Damdamin’ is set to hit screens this year, and will be available on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and TV5.
