PTV newsreader goes viral over mispronounced word
PTV newsreader Dianne Medina recently went viral on social media due to a clip of her report on the upcoming debut of TWICE’s Japanese line as MISAMO. In the said report, Medina mispronounced the word subunit as ‘soo-boo-nit’.
Medina had since acknowledged the error and remade the whole segment, complete with the correct pronunciation of the word, in the February 13 edition of the PTV morning show ‘Rise and Shine, Pilipinas’.
