The four stars are in town to be with their Filipino fans for a day.
On Saturday, July 19, Pinoy Somsoms and Dungjangs, fans of popular Thai boys love (BL) ships JoongDunk and FirstKhaotung met their idols.
This, as actors Joong Archen Aydin, Dunk Natachai Boonprasert, First Kanaphan Puitrakul, and Khaotung Thanawat Ratanakitpaisan, team up for a fan event in the Philippines.
The four personalities, who were part of the series ‘The Heart Killers,’ are in the country for the namesake fan meeting at the UP Theater in Diliman, Quezon City.
‘The Heart Killers’ fan meeting marks the return of Joong and Dunk to country after previously visiting for the ‘GMMTV FANDAY 8’ event in Pasig City in November 2023.
Meanwhile, this will be the renewed opportunity for fans of First and Khaotung to meet the stars up close after the supposed ‘Only Friends: The Series’ fan meet in August 2024 was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
They were also suppised to be with their co-stars Force Jiratchapong, Book Kasidet, Neo Trai, and Mark Pawin in that event that did not push through.
Anyhow, JoongDunk and FirstKhaotung were able to hold their show despite of the inclement weather.
After the show, they took to X, formerly Twitter, to express their gratitude to fans that attended the fanmeet, writing, “Thank you so much for all your cheers, love, and energy today. Every smile, every moment—we’ll keep them in our hearts. Until we meet again!“
‘The Heart Killers’ was aired for 12 episodes by Thailand’s GMMTV from November 2024 until last February 12, and starred Joong as Fadel, Dunk as Style, First as Kant, and Khaotung as Bison.
The series marked the respective on-screen reunions of JoongDunk after ‘Hidden Agenda’ and FirstKhaotung following the end of ‘Only Friends.’
